CANCELLATION POLICY

STORE POLICY Cancellations & No-Shows • If you plan to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. (A $30 cancellation fee will apply.) • Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and will no longer be allowed to book until further notice. Rescheduling • Please provide 48 hours’ notice if you wish to reschedule your appointment. • Your deposit may be retained for one reschedule within the same month. • If you reschedule into the following month, a new deposit will be required. • Same-day rescheduling requires a service upfront non-refundable deposit. On the day of your appointment, only a $25 fee will be due. If you cancel or reschedule again, the upfront payment is forfeited. Deposits & Payments • A $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable. • Any upfront payment requested by the service provider will be treated as a non-refundable deposit. • Your remaining balance must be paid in cash only. (Mobile payments are accepted with an additional $5 fee.) • No deposit = No appointment. • A 3.5% processing fee is charged for all transactions. Multiple Services • If you book two or more services and cancel or reschedule one the day of your appointment , you are still responsible for payment of the originally booked service(s). Lateness • Please arrive on time. There is a 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will apply plus, $1 extra for every minute that passes. • After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. It will be taken as a no show. Nail Policy • If you forget to book a soak-off and a reschedule is required, the same rule applies: a non-refundable deposit upfront and only a $25 fee due the day of the appointment. • Services will not be provided if your nails are damaged, painted, or have acrylic on them. • If a soak-off is required, please be sure to book it in advance.
